Bajaj Pulsar for sale in Tampines Street 43, East Singapore for sale

Hello Guys,
I am planning to sell my Bajaj Pulsar. COE until Dec 2015.Mileage is very low at 37,000 kms as I ride only to office that is 5 kms from my home.
Exterior condition- 9/10. Nice clean paintwork without scratches. Never had a drop or accident.
Internal condition- 9/10. Both engine and gear box rear smooth as I treat it with nothing less than Fully Synthetic EO changed every 2k kms. All servicings done promptly at Universal motors, agent for Bajaj.
Tyres, Chain/Sprockets, spark plugs and Airfilter were changed in Apr, everything is in top condition. So its basically a buy and ride straightaway bike.
Comes with relatively new and large 45L Shad box, can fit 2 helmets.
